Flathead Lake
We’re starting to get reports of White Fish in Elmo Bay & Walstad fishing access site. Try targeting white fish in about 45’ water! Perch and Lake Trout are also mixed in at this depth.
Trolling the surface with slender spoons and diving cranks, downriggers…look like a perch, or a 4″ whitefish behind a Protroll flasher.
Middle Thompson
Nice salmon up to 18” are being caught. Try trolling in about 40’ of water with small dodgers and Dick Nites to get the bite.
Dickey Lake
Right now we’re experiencing some excellent salmon jigging in Dickey Lake. Now’s the time to get on them!
Lake Mary Ronan
Excellent salmon jigging in about 30’ of water with Hali Jigs. Also, some very nice perch are being caught in Lake Mary Ronan.
Swan Lake
Try the south end of Swan lake for pike. Also try near the river mouth for Lake Trout. Main Lake can be good for nice salmon near the highway and Cowbells.
